This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and A.R.C Foundation Studios US ("Licensor") for the use of the Stardust Universe software, including the MVP Demo and the full game, and the ARChaotic Engine if distributed as a standalone product (collectively, the "Software").

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. License Grant

Licensor grants you a revocable, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software on a device you own or control, strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. License Restrictions

You agree that you will not, and will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software, except as permitted by the Modding Policy.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Licensor.
• Use the Software for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

3. Intellectual Property

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software (including but not limited to any titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialogue, catchphrases, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, and any related documentation) are owned by A.R.C Foundation Studios US. The Software is protected by the copyright laws of the United States, international copyright treaties, and other intellectual property laws.

4. User-Created Mods and Content

We encourage the creativity of our community.

• Modding Policy: You may create modifications, additions, or other user-generated content for the Software ("Mods") for non-commercial purposes, provided they do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
• License to Licensor: By creating Mods, you grant Licensor a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your Mod in any and all media. This allows us to incorporate great community ideas or features into the official Software without legal complications.
• Disclaimer: Licensor is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims any liability for, any Mods created by you or other users.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITH ALL FAULTS, AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
